By Viv Forbes -- August 4, 2016 3 Comments“Carbon dioxide does not control the climate. It is an essential plant food, and more carbon dioxide will produce more plant growth and a greener globe.”
“Clexit as a movement is spreading world-wide (16 countries already).”
– Vic Forbes (below)
For a while now I have been engrossed in helping to launch “Clexit”, whose aim is to get us all out of the Paris Climate Treaty and all of its associated Agendas. This will tell you all about it: The Paris Climate Treaty Should Be Torn Up.
Our initial goal was to assemble a small but impressive list of supporters spread across the globe with good credentials to speak about climate science, climate history, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbon energy, energy economics, business or politics. We have reached that goal and are now going public to seek further support and more members.…

By John Droz, Jr. -- August 1, 2016 3 CommentsThe Alliance for Wise Energy Decisions (AWED) is an informal coalition of individuals and organizations interested in improving national, state, and local energy and environmental policies. Our premise is that technical matters like these should be addressed by using Real Science (please consult WiseEnergy.org for more information).
A key element of AWED’s efforts is public education. Towards that end, every three weeks we put together a newsletter to balance what is found in the mainstream media about energy and the environment. We appreciate MasterResource for their assistance in publishing this information.

History is replete with periods of repression of personal freedoms. Society has never been advanced by these efforts to control the populace’s thoughts and actions.”
Recently, 19 Democratic Senators have “called out” conservative organizations that have produced research and policy papers questioning the orthodoxy of climate change–using their privilege of making claims from the floor of the Senate where a politician cannot be legally attacked for his speech (Article I, Section 6, Clause 1, United States Constitution).
These legislators wasted taxpayer money (the Senate had to be in session, so that meant staffers had to be paid) in attacking the free-speech rights of those companies, individuals, and organizations questioning the “settled” science of climate change.…

By Robert Bradley Jr. -- July 20, 2016 4 Comments“A Trump Administration will focus on real environmental challenges, not phony ones …. We’ll solve real environmental problems in our communities like the need for clean and safe drinking water.”
– Donald Trump, “An America First Energy Plan.” May 26, 2016.
“Unlike the current Administration, we will not pick winners and losers in the energy marketplace. Instead, we will let the free market and the public’s preferences determine the industry outcomes.”
– Republican Platform (below)
Donald Trump is offering America a free-market energy vision. He has since this March. He did so again in his May 26th energy speech. Along the way, he has corrected his 2009 flirtation with climate alarmism/policy activism.
Trump has been endorsed by the free-market American Energy Alliance (the advocacy arm of the Institute for Energy Research, of which I am founder and CEO). …
